I graduated with a M.Sc. in finance but I’ve always eyed an MBA at a highly ranked school. Is my approach of getting my MBA after getting M.Sc. in Finance a practical approach ?
Without knowing your goal, I cannot answer. And I don't want to be in an advisory capacity because I am not an admission coach - that's not a good use of my time.
Yes, I think it will be worthwhile. I think any job that requires softer skills and relationships will be more immune than paths where there is a right answer (math, physics, coding, data science). That said, MBA deans are for sure thinking about how to restructure the curriculum as a result of the rise of AI and the declining interest of investment banking and consulting (because of lifestyle).

Fair enough. Also, with AI taking over many white collar and fine jobs, do you think an MBA will be worthwhile in the future ?
